3) Downloading and installing FHR
-----------------------------------

In order for Finnish Hockey Revolution 07 to work properly on your computer, NHL 07 must be fully installed.

NOTE! If you have installed a previous version of Finnish Hockey Revolution 07,
uninstallation is not necessary. The new version will overwrite the old one.

1. Download Finnish Hockey Revolution 07 at the Download section of our website.

2. After downloading the file, browse to the directory the file was downloaded in
and run the executable. Or, you can click "open/run" if Windows or a possible download manager
allows it.

3. Setup wizard of Finnish Hockey Revolution will open. Follow the on-screen instructions.

*** ATTENTION! The installation will install a shortcut for FHR07 on your desktop. Use this or start the game using the 'FHR07_Loader.exe' (installed into the main directory of the game).
Also note the new folder 'boards' and the file 'loader.ini' in the main directory. These files (and the folder) are important, and are there so that you can have individual boards for each SM-liiga team.
Do not remove them! You can also use the original 'nhl2007.exe' file, but then the game will use the same set of boards for every SM-liiga team.
The FHR07_Loader.exe starts the nhl2007.exe, so it remains a necessary file ***

** Downloading and installing updates

Possible updates can also be found at the Download section. To install these, follow the same
steps as with the original Finnish Hockey Revolution file and follow the on-screen instructions.

4) FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
-----------------------------------

Q: Finnish Hockey Revolution 07 is said to be free of cost. Is this true, and what's the sense in
distributing this kind of work for free?

A: This is correct. If we wanted to make a commercial product out of Finnish Hockey Revolution, we
would need a contract with Electronic Arts concerning royalties, distribution, prices etc.
After all, we (the creators of FHR) do get the advantage of getting to play SM-liiga and Mestis ourselves.

Q: Does Finnish Hockey Revolution 07 work in English version of NHL07?

A: Yes it does.

Q: In the original game the golden helmet is worn by the top scorer of the team but it should be worn
by the leader in points. Have you fixed this?

A: No. EA is responsible for this bug and unfortunately we can't do anything about it.

Q: Do you get to see cheerleaders in Finnish Hockey Revolution 07?

A: Unfortunately not. This is another feature we don't have the means to create. Bummer.

Q: How can I join the FHR team?

A: If you are very skilled in graphics or something else you think might help us, you can send us some proof of your skills. This way you
might well end up being a part of the team. You can contact Kenu at kenu(a)hockeyrevolution.com

Q: Can I copy graphics from Finnish Hockey Revolution for use in my own updates?

A: Not without a permission. If you want to use some minor part, such as jersey numbers, you can
ask a permission from its creator (those are listed later in this document).
PLEASE NOTE THAT FINNISH HOCKEY REVOLUTION IS A COPYRIGHTED PRODUCT! Naturally you can use parts
of Finnish Hockey Revolution for your own updates but you are not allowed to distribute those
without a permission.

Q: Where can I find older versions of Finnish Hockey Revolution / SM-liiga Pack

A: Finnish Hockey Revolution 06 can be found at http://06.fhr.fi
FHR04 at http://04.fhr.fi,
SM-liiga Pack 2003 at http://sm2003.fhr.fi
SM-liiga Pack 2002 at http://sm2002.fhr.fi
SM-liiga Pack 2001 at http://sm2001.fhr.fi
